Your Mission

As a System & Network Administrator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Tech infrastructure. You'll work closely with the DevOps & IT team to deliver measurable impact and help us scale efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Lead the implementation and configuration of new infrastructure solutions to improve performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and increase server capacity to meet business needs.
• Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain operational excellence.
• Analyze system logs and identify potential issues for proactive resolution.
• Ensure continuous improvement through technology watch and knowledge sharing.
• Document processes and keep procedures up to date.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident management

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Your profile:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in system and network administration or a strong ability to learn fast.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems (Debian, RedHat), networking, virtualization, and automation tools .
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve.
• Fluent in English and French.
