Role Mission

As our Junior Planning Officer , you will transform commercial commitments into operational action by initiating the deployment phase for our tracking devices. Sitting within the Operations department, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by providing reliable and responsive planning that connects our internal technical teams with our clients' needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Deployment Initiation: Take full ownership of customer files once purchase orders are validated to efficiently launch the execution and deployment phase.
• Smart Scheduling: Organize installations and coordinate intervention slots to meet deadlines and customer commitments while maximizing technician productivity.
• Timeline Optimization: Proactively adjust schedules to anticipate constraints and streamline the sequence of interventions, effectively reducing commissioning times.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure accurate, real-time information sharing across the organization.
• Agile Problem Solving: Actively monitor schedules to manage unforeseen events—such as delays or emergencies—and provide responsive updates to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: A university degree with at least two years of higher education (Bac+2)
• Experience: First experience in customer relations and/or operational planning
• Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural focus on providing high-quality service to clients
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to learn internal tools like Salesforce and Praxedo on the job
• Language Proficiency: French C2 and English min. B1
