Job Description

Your Mission

As a Global Buyer on one of our Spanish Teams , you'll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of Spanish hotel partners. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence , you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels across Spain, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results.

You'll be the key point of contact for our Spanish hoteliers  - their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow your Spanish hotel portfolio : boutique properties, resorts, luxury brands across all regions of Spain
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets
• Be the face of Voyage Privé : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners
• Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor market trends and competitors in the Spanish hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve
• Travel regularly to Spain to meet partners on the ground

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker, essential to manage relationships with Spanish hotel partners
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA...
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.
