Ricerca e negoziazione di campagne promozionali esclusive settimanali con hotel selezionati, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e l’ampliamento del portafoglio aziendale.

Sourcing Offerte, Negoziazione e Gestione Campagne Live
•Individuare e negoziare le migliori campagne promozionali per i nostri membri Voyage Privé
•Supportare l’esecuzione delle campagne, monitorandone l’andamento e intervenendo proattivamente per garantirne il successo
•Collaborare con i team Marketing e Content per massimizzare le performance
Gestione Mercato e Analisi
•Analizzare le performance e le tendenze del mercato di riferimento
•Monitorare i competitor diretti e indiretti
•Valutare costantemente i KPI interni
Gestione Account e Sviluppo Portfolio
•Mantenere e sviluppare relazioni di successo con i partner alberghieri attraverso meeting, call e contatti regolari
•Ricercare nuove opportunità di collaborazione, presentando il nostro modello di business attraverso incontri e videoconferenze

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate possesses...
- A first successful experience in business development, sales, account management ;
- Is a strong negotiator, confident with suppliers, analytical, autonomous, team player and loves a challenge ;
- Has a strong commercial acumen, delivering on commitments and deadlines ;
- Speaks Italian fluently ;
- Experience in dealing with Tourism, Hopsitality Industries would be an advantage ;
- Knowledge of Sales Force is a plus.
