Job Description
Your Mission
As Director of Inbound Media & Growth, you will define and build Voyage Privé’s next-generation inbound growth engine. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will architect the strategy, operating model, and capabilities that will shape how millions of travellers discover, engage with, and choose Voyage Privé in an AI-first world.
This is a creation role—not an optimisation role. While the foundations are being established, you will bring them together into a unified, scalable growth engine spanning SEO, AI-powered discovery, content marketing, CRO, earned media, organic social, and creator ecosystems. You will define how these disciplines work together, build a high-performing team, and establish the measurement framework that turns inbound marketing into a significant driver of profitable growth.
As search rapidly evolves towards AI-powered discovery and conversational experiences, you will ensure Voyage Privé remains highly visible, trusted, and discoverable across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. You will own the long-term inbound growth strategy, connecting brand authority, customer experience, and content excellence with measurable commercial outcomes—including qualified demand, conversion, customer lifetime value, and profitable business growth. This is one of the most strategically important growth leadership roles within the company and a unique opportunity to redefine how a leading European travel brand acquires customers over the next decade.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Architect Voyage Privé’s inbound growth engine: build the company’s first unified inbound growth strategy, operating model, and performance framework across SEO, AI-powered discovery (GEO/LLMs), Content Marketing, CRO, Earned Media, Organic Social, and Creator Marketing—establishing a scalable growth engine across all business units.
- Lead Voyage Privé’s AI-era discoverability strategy: position the brand to win across traditional search, AI search, answer engines, and emerging discovery platforms by defining how Voyage Privé builds authority, relevance, and visibility before competitive positions become entrenched.
- Own profitable inbound growth: translate inbound marketing into measurable commercial impact by driving qualified demand, customer acquisition, conversion, customer lifetime value, and profitable business growth—not simply traffic or rankings.
- Build a world-class content and authority ecosystem: create an AI-enabled content operation that combines editorial excellence, automation, digital PR, creators, social communities, and expert content to establish Voyage Privé as the leading travel authority in its category.
- Redefine inbound measurement: establish the KPI framework, attribution models, experimentation capabilities, and executive reporting that connect discoverability, engagement, and customer journeys to commercial outcomes including TTV, LTV, acquisition efficiency, and incremental business growth.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary growth organisation: build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across SEO, Content, CRO, Earned Media, Organic Social, and Creator Marketing, fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
- Partner across the business to optimise the entire customer journey: work closely with Product, Commercial, CRM, Brand, and Data teams to improve discoverability, landing page experience, content effectiveness, and conversion—ensuring inbound growth is embedded across the customer acquisition ecosystem.
- Shape the future of travel discovery: anticipate how AI will redefine customer behaviour and ensure Voyage Privé continuously adapts its content, technology, and growth strategies to remain the most discoverable premium travel brand across emerging digital ecosystems.

Your profile:
- Inbound growth leader: 8+ years of experience building and leading inbound growth strategies across SEO, AI-powered discovery, Content Marketing, CRO, Earned Media, Organic Social, and Creator ecosystems within international, digital-first businesses.
- Expert in search and AI-powered discoverability: Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, semantic search, and AI-driven discovery. You understand how search is evolving from keywords to intent, entities, and AI-powered answer engines, and know how to position brands for long-term visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.
- Builder and strategist: You’ve built functions, operating models, and scalable growth capabilities—not just managed existing teams. You’re comfortable defining vision, creating structure, and establishing high-performing organisations in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Commercial mindset: You think beyond rankings and traffic. You understand how inbound growth contributes to profitable business growth through qualified demand, conversion, customer lifetime value, and acquisition efficiency, and you make investment decisions based on commercial impact.
- Data-driven and experimentation obsessed: You have proven expertise in measurement, attribution, experimentation, and performance analysis. You use data to continuously optimise strategy, challenge assumptions, and improve business outcomes rather than simply reporting performance.
- Cross-functional influencer: You know how to create impact by partnering with Product, Data, Engineering, CRM, Commercial, and Brand teams. You excel at aligning multiple stakeholders around a shared growth vision and delivering results across organisational boundaries.
- AI & automation native: You actively leverage AI to improve content creation, research, localisation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency, and understand how AI will reshape the future of customer discovery and digital marketing.
- Executive communicator: Able to translate complex search, AI, content, and growth strategies into clear commercial recommendations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions across the business.
- Travel industry experience: Experience in online travel, OTAs, marketplaces, media, or premium e-commerce is a strong plus. A deep understanding of travel demand, destination content, seasonality, and customer behaviour will help you accelerate impact in the role.
Nice to have: Experience leading organisations through the transition to AI-powered search; expertise in semantic search, entity optimisation, structured data, and knowledge graphs; international content scaling experience; familiarity with AI-native content operations and localisation workflows; SQL, Python, or analytics tooling experience.
