Job Description

Your Mission

We are hiring two Global Buyers to join our South Mediterranean team :

-One position dedicated to Marrakech
-One position dedicated to Tunisia

As a Global Buyer , you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of hotel partners in your assigned destination. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence , you’ll source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotels in Marrakech or Tunisia, creating distinctive travel experiences for our members while driving strong business results.

You’ll be the key point of contact for hoteliers in your assigned destination — their main relationship with Voyage Privé will run through you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow your hotel portfolio in either Marrakech or Tunisia, including boutique properties, resorts and luxury brands.
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Be the face of Voyage Privé in your assigned destination: present our value proposition, onboard new partners and build lasting relationships.
• Work closely with our internal teams , including Marketing, Content and Revenue, to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitors across the Marrakech or Tunisian hospitality landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Travel regularly to your assigned destination to meet partners and strengthen relationships on the ground.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Native or fluent English speaker, essential to manage relationships with hotel partners
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA...
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.
