Your Mission

As SEO Analyst, you will turn search, user and business data into prioritised content and technical initiatives that restore and accelerate Voyage Privé’s organic growth across traditional search and emerging AI discovery channels. You will be the analytical engine behind our inbound strategy — identifying opportunities, measuring impact, and translating data into decisions that Product, Engineering and Content teams can act on.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Growth intelligence : Map keyword opportunities, search intent, competitive gaps and AI-discovery signals across VP’s core markets — and translate them into a prioritised SEO roadmap.

• Content performance & briefing : Analyse content impact against organic KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities at page and template level, and produce clear briefs that teams can execute.

• Technical SEO prioritisation : Run full technical audits, translate findings into business cases and Engineering-ready tickets, and track delivery and impact.

• Performance measurement : Build and maintain SEO dashboards in Looker Studio — tracking non-brand clicks, visibility, conversions, and AI-discovery brand mentions across markets.

• Cross-functional influence : Work closely with Product, Engineering and Country Managers to get SEO recommendations prioritised and implemented at pace.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts

Your profile:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience — ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce, travel or marketplace environment where organic traffic directly drives revenue.

• SEO Analysis & Data proficiency : Advanced in keyword research, intent mapping, GSC and GA4 — you know where the growth opportunity is and you can quantify it.

• Technical SEO expertise : Comfortable with Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse — you audit, diagnose and write clear Engineering requirements.

• Content & performance analysis : You measure, you brief, and you make sure optimisations land — not just get recommended.

• Analytical & commercial mindset : You connect organic traffic to bookings and revenue. Rankings are a means, not the goal.

• Clear communicator : You make complex SEO insights understandable to Product, Finance and senior stakeholders — no jargon, just impact.

• Communicate well in English and French.

• Nice to have : International/multilingual SEO · SQL/BigQuery proficiency · Proven commercial attribution of SEO work · AI-discovery monitoring · Travel, e-commerce or marketplace background

2. Discussion with the Hiring Manager (30 min) — Remote — In-depth interview with the CMO, introduction to the position.

3. Case Study & Debrief with the Hiring Manager (30 min) — Remote —
Work on a case study followed by a debrief with the Hiring Manager.

4. On-site interviews at Aix-en-Provence — Meet the team in person to align on expectations, culture, and long-term impact.

Contract : CDI (Permanent)

Work model : On-site / Hybrid + 4 fully remote weeks per year
