Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist
As a key member of our after-sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional in-person and phone support to customers.
- Handling billing and payment processing for our mechanical and bodywork services.
- Engaging in commercial activities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote our brand image.
- Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, appointment setting, and data organization.
Who You Are:
- You are autonomous and skilled at prioritizing tasks with a strong sense of organization.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a team environment.
- You are known for your attentive listening and discretion.
- You demonstrate adaptability, versatility, and responsiveness in your work.
- You have a solid command of computer tools, particularly Word and Excel.
- You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
