Your Mission

As Digital PR & Authority Manager, you will build Voyage Privé's brand authority and organic visibility across media, search and AI discovery — earning high-quality coverage from journalists and publishers, developing trusted creator partnerships and securing authoritative backlinks at scale across priority European markets. This is a rare opportunity to build a European authority programme from the ground up, at the intersection of digital PR, influencer strategy and off-page SEO.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Define the strategy: Lead the digital PR, influencer and authority-building roadmap across priority European markets — with a clear annual plan, budget and campaign calendar.

• Build the network: Develop long-term relationships with journalists, publishers, travel creators and influencers to generate credible coverage and sustained advocacy for Voyage Privé.

• Create campaigns that earn: Turn company data, travel trends and expert knowledge into data-led stories and thought-leadership campaigns that generate earned mentions, backlinks and brand authority.

• Amplify and connect: Work with SEO, Content, Brand and strategic partners to maximise the organic and search impact of high-value content across all markets.

• Measure and improve: Build and maintain a monthly performance dashboard covering earned mentions, backlink quality, share of voice, organic visibility and AI citation metrics — and use it to sharpen strategy each quarter.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts

• Digital PR & Earned Media expert: You have 5–8 years of experience developing newsworthy angles, writing compelling pitches and securing high-quality coverage in credible European outlets. This is your core.

• Link-building & off-page SEO fluency: You understand backlink quality, referring domain metrics and how strategic PR directly supports organic search and AI-discoverability growth.

• Creator campaign experience: You have managed influencer and creator activations end to end — from creator evaluation and brief to measurement of authority and organic impact.

• Data-led storyteller: You use performance data to improve your approach, not just to report activity. You know the difference between outputs and outcomes.

• Multi-market intelligence: You adapt campaigns, angles and outreach for different European markets with genuine cultural and editorial awareness — not just translation.

• Communicate well in English and French.

• Nice to have: Proven authority-building results, integrated PR/influencer/SEO perspective, exceptional story-building instinct, strong commercial and brand judgement

⚡ Our Recruitment Process

1. TA Discovery (30-45 min) — Remote — Get to know each other! We’ll share more about the role, the team, and our culture.

2. Discussion with the Hiring Manager (60 min) — Remote — In-depth interview with the CMO, introduction to the position.

3. Case Study & Debrief with the Hiring Manager (30 min) — Remote —
Work on a case study followed by a debrief with the Hiring Manager.

4. On-site interviews at Aix-en-Provence — Meet the team in person to align on expectations, culture, and long-term impact.

Start date : The sooner, the better

Contract : CDI (Permanent)

Work model : On-site / Hybrid + 4 fully remote weeks per year
