  Your Mission

As a Traffic Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of member acquisition at Voyage Privé .
You’ll work closely with the Global Marketing, Sales and Data teams to deliver measurable growth and help us scale efficiently across international markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead and execute acquisition strategies across paid media channels (Display, Emailing, Aggregators, Programmatic) to drive qualified new member sign-ups.
• Build, manage, and negotiate partnerships with direct advertisers and affiliates to expand our acquisition network.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to define targeting, creative assets, and tracking implementation.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance through detailed reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights.
• Ensure budget control and operational excellence across all acquisition activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects , identifying improvement opportunities, recommending solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery from concept to execution.

Your profile:
• Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing , ideally within an international or digital environment.
• Solid understanding of e-marketing, e-business, and social media ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset - you’re comfortable with data, performance metrics, and precision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail , with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A team player with great interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
• Naturally curious, creative, and proactive , always looking for smarter ways to achieve impact.
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Fluent in English  - this is a must for the role.
