The Role

As a Junior HR Project Manager, you will join the People France team to support the development of our team members. In the specific context of post-integration of several entities in France, you must be immediately operational in mastering our multi-site social history and harmonizing our processes. Your main mission will be to drive the operational deployment of training and to lead annual HR campaigns across the France perimeter, while bridging the gap with the Group's global policies.

What You Will Own
  • Training Plan Management & Deployment: You will take full ownership of the training process for the France perimeter (gathering needs from teams, strategic trade-offs, budget monitoring and optimisation, managing relationships with external providers, and assessing training impact), starting from the second half of the 2026 calendar year.
  • Animation of Annual Campaigns: You will ensure the preparation, operational deployment, animation, and follow-up of the various annual HR campaign cycles, while scrupulously ensuring their compliance with the French legal framework and the Group's guidelines.
  • Support for Corporate People Initiatives: You will actively participate in the deployment of global projects focused on skills management and employee progression (such as setting up a skills-based organization, succession planning, etc.).
  • Cross-functional Support: You will provide ad-hoc operational support to the various initiatives and projects led by the People team in France.
Who Are You
  • Education & Experience: Holding a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, you have a first operational experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) in People Ops and/or HR development, ideally gained within a fast-growing structure (Scale-up) or a multi-entity environment. A strong appetite for modern HR concepts (SBO, succession planning) to be deployed is essential.
  • Project Management & Rigor: You are recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor in budget tracking, and your ability to simultaneously handle multiple campaigns.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You possess excellent interpersonal skills to run campaigns with employees and negotiate effectively with training providers.
  • Languages: Given the deployment of international initiatives, the ability to lead meetings and write professional deliverables directly in English with the Group's global teams is mandatory.
  • Tech Stack: Proven ability to navigate with agility within a hybrid cloud ecosystem (daily cohabitation of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365). Immediate operational mastery of Personio, Nibelis, and CultureAmp tools is strictly required to ensure campaign continuity.
